1. Information about the operator

The Quizadero website and services are operated by NEXSPOT TECHNOLOGY SRL, with its registered office at București, Sector 3, Aleea Slt. Adrian Cârstea 1, Bl. 30B, Sc. 1, Et. 5, Ap. 32, cod 031838, CUI/CIF 38147743, Nr. Reg. Com. J40/14955/2017, email: contact@quizadero.com.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, logging in, taking part in games, using the leaderboards or sending messages to Quizadero, the user confirms that they have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use the services.

3. Description of the Quizadero service

Quizadero is an online strategy and general-knowledge game in which users can take part in trivia rounds, compete for territories, points, leaderboard positions, achievements or other digital rewards with no monetary value, unless expressly stated otherwise. The website may include presentation pages, accounts, profiles, statistics, news, contact forms and community features. The service is offered both through the website and through the Quizadero mobile applications for Android and iOS; these terms apply equally to both.

4. Minimum age and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 15, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has permitted you to use the service; chat and marketing features are unavailable until you turn 16. We do not knowingly provide the service to persons under 13; accounts found to belong to younger users will be closed and associated data deleted.

5. The user account

Some features may require the creation of an account. The user must provide accurate information, keep their password confidential and immediately report any unauthorized access. The account is personal. It is not permitted to sell, transfer, lend or use the account to create artificial advantages in the game. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app or on the website, or via https://game.quizadero.com/delete-account. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Fair play rules

Fraud, the use of bots, scripts or automated programs, exploiting bugs, manipulating results, creating multiple accounts for unfair advantages, sharing answers in real time, abusing game mechanics, attacking the infrastructure and any conduct that affects fair competition are prohibited. It is also prohibited to use browser automation tools, to tamper with the game client, to interfere with the anti-fraud mechanisms, or to take steps to disguise one's device or connection in order to evade sanctions. Quizadero may use internal systems and third-party security, anti-fraud or IP reputation services to detect suspicious connections, proxy/VPN/Tor/datacenter usage, bots, scripts, multiple accounts and attempts to evade restrictions.

7. User-generated content and communication

If the game allows usernames, profiles, chat, comments, messages or other forms of content published by users, these must comply with the law and the community rules. Threats, harassment, hate speech, discriminatory, obscene or illegal content, other people's personal data, spam or content that infringes copyright are not permitted.

8. Moderation and sanctions

Quizadero may investigate suspicious activity and apply proportionate measures, including a warning, deletion of content, resetting the score, removal from the leaderboard, temporary suspension or closure of the account. Certain measures may be applied automatically by anti-fraud systems, including on the basis of technical signals, IP reputation or connection risk; users may contest any sanction at contact@quizadero.com and obtain a human review. Restrictions may be applied at account, device, connection or internet-provider network (ASN) level, where abuse signals repeatedly originate from the same network. In serious cases, the relevant data may be retained to defend the operator's rights or to comply with legal obligations.

9. Leaderboards, scores and digital rewards

Scores, statistics, leaderboards, badges, titles, virtual territories and other similar elements are digital components of the game experience. They do not represent money, financial assets or property rights, except where special rules are published separately for a campaign or competition. Quizadero may correct scores where errors, fraud or technical issues arise.

10. Payments and premium features

If paid services, subscriptions, digital items or premium benefits are introduced in the future, the commercial terms, prices, payment methods, the right of withdrawal and the exceptions applicable to digital content will be displayed before purchase. Until such commercial rules are published, this document does not create any payment obligations.

11. Intellectual property

The name Quizadero, the visual elements, the interface, the texts, the presentation mechanics, the graphic materials, the code, the structure of the website and the published content belong to the operator or its partners, as applicable. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, extract or reuse these elements without written consent, save for the exceptions permitted by law.

12. Availability of the service

The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the website and game running stably, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, the absence of errors or compatibility with any device, browser or connection. There may be maintenance work, updates, interruptions, bugs, cyberattacks or circumstances beyond the operator's control.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Quizadero is not liable for losses caused by improper use of the account, disclosure of the password, unstable connections, compromised devices, the actions of other users, third-party content or events that cannot be reasonably controlled. Nothing in these terms limits the rights of consumers provided by law.

14. Links and third-party services

The website may include links, embedded content or services provided by third parties, such as hosting, security, IP reputation, anti-fraud tools, video, social networks, payment processors, anti-spam tools, app stores and mobile application update delivery services. These third parties may have their own terms and policies. Quizadero does not fully control the practices of third parties and recommends consulting their documents.

15. Mobile applications and app stores

Quizadero is also available as an application for Android and iOS. The applications are distributed through Google Play (Google Ireland Ltd) and the App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd), and the terms of the store you installed the application from apply in addition to these terms. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the application on devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes. Decompiling, modifying or redistributing the application, or using a modified or unofficial version of it, is not permitted. The application may receive automatic updates, including updates delivered directly in the application, and for security and compatibility reasons we may require a minimum supported version: older versions may stop connecting to the game servers until they are updated. The application depends on your device, operating system and connection, and any internet or mobile data costs are borne by you. The application currently contains no in-app purchases; if any are introduced, the rules in section 10 apply. For the application installed from the App Store: these terms are concluded between you and NEXSPOT TECHNOLOGY SRL, not with Apple; Apple has no maintenance, support or warranty obligation for the application, and any claim relating to the application is addressed to us, at contact@quizadero.com. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce its provisions.

16. Changes to the terms

The terms may be updated to reflect legislative, technical, operational or game-related changes. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of use. For important changes, the operator may display notices on the website or send communications to registered users, where valid contact details are available.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law and the applicable European rules. Any disputes will be resolved amicably and, where this is not possible, by the courts having jurisdiction under the law. Consumers retain the rights afforded to them by consumer protection legislation.
